Vinci Group seeks an experienced Earthworks Superintendent (M/F) to support a major international construction project abroad. You will lead earthworks, manage materials testing labs, and supervise contractors, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery in a remote environment.

The role requires 5+ years in soils testing, strong leadership, ISO 17025 knowledge, and excellent English. You will collaborate with site teams and stakeholders across disciplines in a demanding setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in laboratory and field testing of soils, aggregates and concrete.
• Experience managing a construction materials laboratory.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements; Australian/NSW standards a plus.
• Fluent English required.

Responsabilités

• Lead earthworks activities across the project, ensuring safety and timely execution.
• Oversee site preparation, excavation, grading and compaction operations.
• Coordinate activities with engineering, survey, quality, environmental and logistics teams.
• Supervise contractors and resources to meet safety, quality, productivity, and schedule targets.
• Monitor progress, equipment use, production, and resource needs; implement corrective actions.
