A multinational Technology firm is seeking an experienced Recruiter to focus on Early Talent Recruitment. The role involves posting jobs, reviewing applications, creating candidate shortlists, and managing offer negotiations, all while working fully remote. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of recruitment experience and strong communication skills.
Our multinational Technology client is currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their team focus on Early Talent Recruitment. The role is for a contract up to end of June 2025, working fully remote. The successful candidate will be responsible for building early talent pipelines across various business units.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
-Job posting via ATS.
-Reviewing applications and conducting sourcing where required
-Creating candidate shortlists of candidates, to progress through to Interview/assessment events.
-Candidate rejections, as required.
-Providing interview format information for assessments
-Delivery of specific targets and SLA’s
-Manage offer negotiations
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
-2+ years recruitment experience (Graduate or Early Talent experience - highly desirable)
-Candidate sourcing and screening experience
-Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
