Responsibilities include managing talent analytics and facilitating onboarding sessions. Candidates should have a good command of English and an interest in diverse fields. Qualifications

• You have a good level of English to conduct interviews with English-speaking candidates and managers.
• You are interested in various fields (IT, Audit, Risk, Legal, Communication, Marketing, Studies).
• You enjoy working on a variety of tasks and managing multiple projects at the same time.

Responsabilités

• Be involved in all stages of the hiring process for Early Talents.
• Manage Talent Analytics for the Early Talents population.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and implement actions engaging the Early Talents community.

Connaissances

Good level of English for interviews

Interest in IT, Audit, Risk, Legal, Communication, Marketing, Studies

Comfortable with candidate engagement and data

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

Enjoy working in a cross-functional environment
