You will participate in all hiring stages for Early Talents, facilitate onboarding, and monitor interns and apprentices’ career development, contributing to a collaborative, international culture within AXA.

Qualifications

• Good level of English to conduct interviews with candidates and managers.
• Interest in IT, Audit, Risk, Legal, Communication, Marketing, Studies.
• Willingness to engage in direct approach, candidate closing, and data.
• Enjoy working on diverse tasks and managing multiple projects.
• Thrive in cross-functional and international contexts.

Responsabilités

• Be involved in all stages of the hiring process for Early Talents.
• Manage Talent Analytics for the Early Talents population.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and implement actions for the Early Talents community.
• Track progress and career development of interns and apprentices.
• Serve as an ambassador for our culture and values by participating in Forums and School Campus events.
