The Head of Product will define and execute the company's product vision and strategy. Reporting to the COO, you will own the end-to-end product experience, ensuring products evolve into a seamless platform delivering measurable impact for customers.
Define and drive a compelling, customer-driven product vision across four products, aligning them under a unified platform strategy.
Ensure a seamless, delightful user experience that adds value for recruiters and hiring teams.
Lead a team of 3 Product Managers, 2 Designers, and the Engineering Manager, fostering a culture of innovation and execution.
Ensure product-market fit for enterprise customers, supporting large-scale sales and adoption.
Develop and implement AI strategy, ensuring practical and user-enhancing integration.
Establish best-in-class product management processes aligned with customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Oversee product development to ensure designs, specs, and features are flawlessly executed.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver scalable, successful solutions.
Drive KPIs and a data-driven culture, basing decisions on customer insights and business impact.
Act as a thought leader in HR Tech, engaging with stakeholders, industry experts, and customers to stay ahead of trends.
