Job Description:

hlpy, founded in 2020, is a tech-driven roadside assistance insurance start-up. We aim to revolutionize the industry with our digital solutions, partnering with automotive insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental agencies, and mobility providers across Europe and beyond. Our digital platform allows customers to request roadside assistance and replacements instantly, improving service delivery.

We are seeking a motivated customer service professional to join our team, optimize processes, and uphold industry standards. Responsibilities include overseeing the digital support process and intervening when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in French (C1/C2 level)
• Good knowledge of English
• Previous experience in operations and/or customer service is a plus

Additional Information:

• Part-time role (30 hours per week)
• Shift-based position, including occasional night and weekend shifts
