CDI - Responsable Opération Infrastructure (H/F), Chartres

Location: Chartres, France

We are hiring a Cloud Infrastructure Manager for a SaaS startup in cybersecurity, offering a permanent contract (CDI). The position is fully remote, with no travel required. The salary ranges between €60,000 and €80,000, depending on experience.

The technical stack includes:

• Primarily Azure, with some AWS and GCP
• Automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes

The tech team consists of three experts from the cybersecurity domain. The candidate will be responsible for preparing the platform for rapid scaling and international expansion, ensuring performance, security, and stability. This is a hands-on role, involving setting up the infrastructure before potentially recruiting a small team in one to two years.

The organization is flat, emphasizing work-life balance, with reasonable expectations regarding employee commitment.

Your profile:

• Solid experience with cloud environments, especially Azure (AWS and GCP are a plus)
• Proficiency with automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible or equivalents)
• Significant experience in deploying, monitoring, and securing SaaS platforms
• Good knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proactive, autonomous, responsible, and eager to build and document robust technical bases in a dynamic, growing environment
