Job Description:

Kali Group, a start-up in the industrial consulting sector, revolutionized the market in 2022 by removing traditionally abusive clauses. This innovation met a high demand from industry professionals, rapidly growing Kali to over 80 prestigious clients across health, energy, chemistry, heavy industry, and transportation sectors. We have four agencies in France (Lyon, Aix-en-Provence, Lille, Strasbourg) with six more planned within two years. Our goal is to expand this disruptive model across France and Europe.

As a member of the Internal Development Management (IDM), you will lead the recruitment of our future teams: Account Managers, Talent Acquisition specialists, Executives, and Support Staff. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing all recruitment phases: posting job ads, sourcing, direct approaches, candidate evaluation, and follow-up.
  • Co-creating visibility and recruitment campaigns.
  • Continuously improving recruitment processes based on feedback to increase conversion rates.
  • Providing career coaching and initial training for new hires.

Requirements include a Master’s degree (e.g., HR, Business School), strong listening skills, effective argumentation, and the ability to sell Kali Group’s project to candidates.

Selection process involves:

  • A 60-minute video or in-person interview with Margaux, Senior Internal Talent Acquisition, to introduce Kali and discuss the role.
  • An in-person interview with Christel, your future manager and Director of Internal Development, to validate your understanding of the position and its challenges.
