Senior Engagement Manager, Bourg-en-Bresse

Location: Bourg-en-Bresse, France

We are seeking a talented Digital Traffic Manager to lead our acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Criteo, Snapchat, and more.

Responsibilities:
  1. Configure, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across major digital platforms.
  2. Manage budgets, monitor KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions), and maximize performance.
  3. Set up tracking tools (Pixels, Server-side tracking).
  4. Analyze results and propose continuous optimizations using existing tools (CheckoutChamp, Hyros).
  5. Collaborate with creative teams to enhance advertising assets' performance.
  6. Stay updated on digital trends and media innovations.
Profile:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing multichannel paid campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Criteo, Snapchat Ads.
  • Good knowledge of tracking, web analytics (GA4), and digital acquisition strategies.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, analytical, and results-oriented.
