Delivery Manager / Head of Delivery

Location: France / Homebased

Type: Full-Time | Senior Level

We’re seeking a strategic, client-focused Delivery Manager / Head of Delivery to lead successful digital project delivery across key accounts. This senior role involves project leadership, team development, and client success.

You will oversee ecommerce project health, drive value-led outcomes, and manage profitability. Additionally, you will coach and support Project Managers to maintain high standards, efficient practices, and a strong team culture.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading delivery for complex, multi-stream client engagements
2. Building strong client relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction
3. Managing project risk, scope, financial performance, and forecasting
4. Coaching and developing project managers across multiple accounts
5. Driving continuous improvement across delivery standards and practices

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in senior delivery or project management roles
2. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
3. Solid commercial acumen (budgeting, SOWs, profitability)
4. Experience in digital/tech environments with distributed teams
