About the Mission:

Within our Finance Transformation practice, we handle a wide range of topics such as performance management, information systems transformation, digital and data strategy, process and organizational efficiency, and managing structural operations like mergers, carve-outs, and operational excellence. We serve leading companies across various sectors.

As a Consultant, you will support our clients in addressing future challenges such as:

1. Performance in rapidly changing business environments
2. Organizational, managerial, and cultural transformation: agility and new working methods
3. Creating value through digitalization and data
4. Integrating RSE issues into performance management and investment decisions
5. Process efficiency, operational excellence, and BFR optimization

This position is based in Lyon, on a permanent contract (CDI).

Candidate Profile

What we expect from you:

• Graduated from a business or engineering school with specialization in Finance/Management
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Consulting or a hybrid of Consulting and operational roles
• Good understanding of current finance and/or purchasing functions
• Strong impact, conceptual skills, creativity, and ability to think outside the box
• Continuous self-improvement and leadership qualities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with good formalization abilities
• Initiative-taking and entrepreneurial spirit
• Fluent in English, as PwC operates globally
