Redstone Commodity Search is working with a major global trading firm looking to hire a Trading and Distribution Sales Administrator to join their commercial team in Casablanca. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support trading operations and logistics across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate communication, scheduling, and logistics to support the commercial team’s daily operations.
• Manage order processing and documentation, including invoices, letters of credit, and maintaining accurate records.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, logistics providers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth transaction execution and delivery of goods.
• Support financial processes, including payment management, debt tracking, and communication with local banks and credit insurers.
• Provide administrative assistance to traders, managers, and directors, ensuring seamless coordination across internal departments.

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or university degree in Administration, Business, or Management.
• Prior experience in administrative roles, with knowledge of order management and letters of credit handling.
• Familiarity with Oracle, VBA, and SAP is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
