What will your role be?

Research & Development

• Foster a culture of curiosity and entrepreneurialism as well as continuous improvement
• Research, ideate, and prototype opportunities that advance our competitive offering
• Innovate and propose cost-effective technical solutions to address business challenges such as improving development processes and governance standards

Architecture & Engineering

• Set the vision and build upon an engineering culture
• Create technical and solution design architectures that form next-generation products and platforms, including prototype development, complex platform integrations, environments, and cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with local, nearshore, and offshore teams, including managing round-the-clock development
• Design software that scales against team and client requirements

Governance & Quality

• Manage existing development and QA teams, both internal & external, through all required governance processes, ensuring high-quality final products
• Form highly effective development teams delivering within a distributed agile framework
• Lead code and technical design reviews to help teams deliver optimal work
• Create accountability within teams to ensure production procedures, security compliance, documentation, and control are followed and continuously improved
• Leverage your strong technical experience to resolve escalated issues

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills

• Strong customer relationship experience
• Organizational skills to coordinate teams and projects effectively

• Experience in pre-sales activities and project delivery
