Professional Services DevOps Architect

Remote, France | Professional Services

Currently, the position in Paris is remote and does not require work from the office. Residency in Paris area is required. The position in Toulouse is hybrid, and residency in Toulouse area is required.

Responsibilities:

• Design JFrog-related projects from inception to production support, including creating statements of work (SOW) and documentation.
• Provide technical expertise and consultative advice during customer engagements.
• Ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate implementation activities with internal and partner teams on large projects.
• Mentor consultants, providing guidance on best practices, communication, and implementation strategies, including documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with other JFrog teams such as training, support, and engineering.
• Develop case studies, presentations, design documentation, and internal processes.
• Stay updated on product features, releases, and disseminate information to the team.
• Lead the full lifecycle of software development environments.

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience with CI tools: Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, Maven, Docker, NPM.
• Ability to architect and build software delivery pipelines with Docker, NPM, Java, Pypi, etc., using DevOps tools like Git, binary repositories, and CI/CD.
• Good understanding of infrastructure and operations: storage, network, security, cloud (public and on-prem).
• Experience with deployment tools: Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Kubernetes.
• Hands-on Linux experience — mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure: AWS, Azure, GCP — mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience with server-side software on-premise and in the cloud.
• Experience in software architecture design and product development is a plus.
• Strong desire to learn and an open-source mindset.
