Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic, client-focused Delivery Manager / Head of Delivery to lead the successful delivery of digital projects across key accounts. This senior role requires expertise in project leadership, team development, and client success.

You will be responsible for overseeing ecommerce project health, driving value-led outcomes, and managing profitability. Additionally, you will coach and support a team of Project Managers to ensure high standards, efficient delivery practices, and a strong team culture.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading delivery for complex, multi-stream client engagements
2. Building strong client relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction
3. Managing project risk, scope, financial performance, and forecasting
4. Coaching and developing project managers across multiple accounts
5. Driving continuous improvement across delivery standards and practices

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in senior delivery or project management roles
2. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
3. Solid commercial acumen (budgeting, SOWs, profitability)
4. Experience in digital/tech environments with distributed teams
