Key Responsibilities :

As the primary point of contact for our clients, your mission is to analyze and understand their needs in order to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support. You will rely on the expertise of our internal teams to achieve this.

You will also be responsible for implementing actions to strengthen support for existing clients and enhance the value of our services to ensure lasting and optimized relationships.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and monitoring customized reports, ensuring clients have access to this resource if needed.
  • Managing ad hoc client requests, providing prompt and tailored responses.
  • Monitoring and overseeing client projects, to ensure alignment with expectations.
  • Organizing regular meetings, especially with clients who haven't been in recent contact, to maintain close relationships.
  • Creating access and providing technical demonstrations of our platform, tailored to user needs.
  • Anticipating client needs and identifying potential risks, detecting possible disputes or contentious situations early.

Requirements

  • At least some significant experience in a similar role in the service or tech sector. Your agility, resourcefulness, and independence are key!
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a constantly evolving scale-up environment
  • Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Slides)
  • Fluency in both English and French is mandatory

Location: Full remote or based in the 8th arrondissement of Paris
