Un poste de Manager des Relations avec les Parties Prenantes est ouvert au sein de l'EDQM, contribuant à la protection de la santé publique à travers la normalisation pharmaceutique. Le candidat idéal doit avoir un diplôme en pharmacie ou chimie, avec une expérience significative dans le développement de programmes d'engagement et la construction de relations internationales. Qualifications

Join EDQM and contribute to external stakeholder engagement within the EDQM's European Pharmacopoeia Department!

The team you will be working in contributes to the protection of public health through the European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur.). The Ph. Eur. is the main source of official quality standards for medicines and their ingredients in Europe. These standards provide a legal and scientific basis for the quality control of a product throughout its life cycle, thus supporting the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare systems. The texts of the European Pharmacopoeia are legally binding in 39 European countries and applied in more than 130 countries worldwide.

The Ph. Eur. is the result of collaborative work involving not only the members of this department but also, and above all, a network of approx. 900 experts from various horizons and nationalities.

Your role will focus on modernising and coordinating the Department's stakeholder engagement and customer orientation processes and activities. Please refer to the vacancy announcement for additional information.

Requirements for the job:

You must:

  • Hold a higher education degree or qualification equivalent to a master's degree (2nd cycle of the Bologna process framework of qualifications for the European Higher Education Area) in pharmacy, chemistry or a similar subject and a minimum of 4 years' professional experience in a similar role (e.g., developing and/or maintaining stakeholder engagement programmes, international relationship-building programmes, training/knowledge-sharing programmes), in the pharmaceutical or a related industry, for an authority (e.g., national pharmacopoeia authority, OMCL), in a laboratory or in another relevant sector;

Or

  • Hold a higher education degree or qualification (equivalent to the 1st cycle of the Bologna process framework of qualifications for the European Higher Education Area) in pharmacy, chemistry or a similar subject and at least 6 years' professional experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical or a related industry, for an authority (e.g., national pharmacopoeia authority, OMCL), in a laboratory or in another relevant sector;
  • Have very good knowledge of English and basic knowledge of French or the ability to acquire that knowledge on the job.
