As a first mover in the IoT / Helium / Hotspot / Blockchain space, we developed some of the first processes to support Helium data mining devices in areas such as order verification, geo-location optimization, accelerated activations, crypto currency mining optimization, offline to online transition, troubleshooting, help desk, and voice of the customer. The Role

You will prospect for potential customers using various channels (social media, emails, phone calls) to qualify and segment these prospects on behalf of our client. This role does not involve sales, lead generation, or appointment setting; rather, it focuses on prospecting, qualifying, and segmenting potential customers.

Key skills include a good understanding of business, proficiency in English, attention to detail, and a commitment to success.

Job Duties
  • Implement outbound targeting campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other means.
  • Conduct high-level discovery outbound calls (10–15% of the time).
  • Perform deep market research to identify key players.
  • Utilize sales tools to provide detailed information to prospective clients.
  • Ensure alignment with overall sales strategies.
  • Maintain the highest levels of integrity and professionalism in customer interactions.
  • Provide services to customers according to company SOPs.
  • Adhere to all company guidelines.
Background Required
  • Associate’s degree in a related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Technology, or related fields.
  • C1 English level or above.
  • Minimum 1 year of business development or sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of business processes and sales techniques is desirable.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Understanding of business and marketing strategies is desirable.

  • Dependability with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Ability to work under time pressure.
