Your Role :

1. Ensure the overall integrity and coherence of the program.
2. Coordinate program management activities, manage inter-dependencies, and oversee risks and issues.
3. Manage large-scale, transaction-intensive, 24x7, multi-site international operations with high SLA standards (99.99% or above), including monitoring, incident, change, and ITIL processes.
4. Manage performance metrics, financial follow-up (revenue, costs, invoicing), and corrective actions.
5. Maintain quality assurance and ensure the program's internal consistency and alignment with infrastructure planning and technical standards.
6. Coordinate the development of new capabilities to enable effective change and realize projected benefits.
7. Dedicate full-time effort to the program to maintain focus, enthusiasm, and momentum.
8. Build and manage senior client relationships, including expectation management, communication, and escalation.
9. Implement appropriate project management frameworks, including review processes if needed.
10. Secure necessary resources and expertise internally, such as professional advisers.
11. Implement communication plans involving all stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, project teams, and TCS management.

Your Profile :

1. Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management, covering all phases from design and sales to implementation.
2. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience implementing Agile in projects.
3. Knowledge of Public, Private, and Hybrid cloud concepts.
4. Proven expertise in customer relationship management, conflict resolution, contractual management, and mission oversight.
5. Strong teamwork skills, analytical and synthesis abilities, and excellent communication skills.
