You will oversee digital support and ensure excellent service, requiring strong communication skills and proficiency in French and English. This part-time role involves shift work, including nights and weekends.

Our B2B2C model partners with key players in the automotive industry—insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental agencies, and mobility providers. Through our advanced digital platform, their customers can request roadside assistance and replacement solutions instantly and in real-time, transforming roadside help delivery.
We are seeking a highly motivated customer service professional to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the digital support process and intervening when necessary to ensure excellent service. The ideal candidate will have C1/C2 level proficiency in French and good knowledge of English. Previous experience in operations and/or customer service is a plus.
