Job Description:

We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join Endeavour's growing global team, working directly with Endeavour's Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. The role focuses on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe. This position is part of the critical support infrastructure that services the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the organization’s overall health and success.

The European Business Operations Manager needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The ideal candidate is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, thinks strategically, and works well independently as well as in a team. Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Human Resources on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Work with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret and respond to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to Endeavour’s Founder/CEO during European business hours to ensure seamless coordination across time zones.
  6. Attend daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to stay aligned on priorities and ensure tasks progress with high standards.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in business operations, project management, or a technical business function.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English.
  • Technical aptitude; comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, adaptable, proactive, results-driven.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn and grow, capable of handling increasing responsibilities.
  • Ability to see the big picture while managing details.
