Description du poste

At EasyPark, we love cities. We love them for work, for play and everything in between. That’s why our mission is to make life in cities that much easier – by taking care of the parking. With the use of technology, we break barriers, helping improve the urban experience. Our aim is to create a scenario where parking supply and driver demand are balanced not due to additional parking spots and fewer cars, but thanks to predictive technology that connects our users to available spots.

The Role

EasyPark is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Post-Merger Integration Manager to join our Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Team. In this critical role, you will drive the successful integration of acquired companies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, operational efficiency, and cultural harmony. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact by uniting organizations, fostering growth, and enabling seamless transitions in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Planning and Execution
  1. Develop and lead comprehensive integration plans with clear milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocations.
  2. Ensure timely execution of integration projects, adhering to scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  1. Partner with functional leaders (e.g., HR, Finance, Product, Technology, Operations, Legal) to align integration activities with business objectives.
  2. Foster effective communication between acquiring and acquired teams to ensure a seamless integration process.
Change Management
  1. Identify and address risks and challenges associated with the integration process, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  2. Lead change management efforts, engaging stakeholders to maintain alignment and support throughout the integration journey.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  1. Track integration progress and key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting updates and post-acquisition synergies to senior leadership.
  2. Conduct post-integration reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and refine future integration strategies.
Cultural Integration
  1. Promote cultural alignment between merging entities, addressing differences and fostering shared values.
  2. Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction during the integration period.
  3. Develop and improve PMI playbooks, templates, and best practices to increase the efficiency and success of future integrations.

About you

  1. Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
  2. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environments.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  4. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in conflict resolution and stakeholder management.

Your background

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in post-merger integration, project management, or M&A consulting.
  3. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, cross-functional integration projects.
  4. In-depth knowledge of M&A processes, financial analysis, and operational functions.
  5. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden or Europe.
