Role Overview: P&C Risk Analyst

Join our high-caliber multidisciplinary team at AXA GRM with a global presence in Paris, Zurich, and Madrid. You will analyze, model, and aggregate our risks, and help define processes to manage risks and optimize protections.

Your Mission:
  1. Act as the Group referent for Solvency II processes.
  2. Identify and understand the needs, priorities, and strategies regarding capital requirements for the P&C business.
  3. Support capital requirement calculations, model improvements, and validation processes.
  4. Define risk methodologies, develop models, and validate assumptions, including large losses, reserves, CAT, political risk, war, terrorism, riots, etc.
  5. Support the development of product and reinsurance profitability frameworks using actuarial methodologies.
  6. Lead analysis projects, utilizing internal resources or external suppliers.
Key Skills:

Proficiency in IT skills including R, experience with Remetrica, strong project management and analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. A master's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or engineering, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in P&C risk management or actuarial consulting.
