Description du poste

Key Responsibilities :

As the primary contact for our clients, your role is to analyze their needs and provide tailored solutions with high-quality support, leveraging our internal teams' expertise.

You will also focus on strengthening support for existing clients and enhancing our services to foster lasting relationships.

Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and monitoring customized reports, ensuring clients have access to these resources.
  2. Managing ad hoc client requests, providing prompt and tailored responses.
  3. Monitoring and overseeing client projects, ensuring alignment with expectations.
  4. Organizing regular meetings, especially with clients who haven't been in recent contact, to maintain close relationships.
  5. Creating access and demonstrating our platform, tailoring presentations to user needs.
  6. Anticipating client needs and identifying potential risks, detecting disputes or contentious situations early.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a similar role within the service or tech sector. Your agile, resourceful, and independent spirit is key!
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner, effective in a constantly evolving environment
  • Proficient in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Slides)
  • Fluency in English and French

Location : Full remote or based in 8th arrondissement of Paris

Contract : Permanent
