Your Day-to-Day:

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers across various channels—phone, email, chat, and social media. Your mission? Deliver top-notch service, solve problems, and leave customers feeling supported and valued.

  • Help customers with orders, questions, and tech issues
  • Engage across multiple communication channels
  • Tailor your tone and approach to match brand guidelines
  • Resolve escalations with professionalism and empathy
  • Log cases and interactions with accuracy and care

Experience in customer support (voice, email, or chat) is a big plus. Tech-savvy or troubleshooting experience? Even better! Excellent communication and multitasking skills, cool under pressure, with a positive attitude. Fluent in French and English.
