Crit Courbevoie, an agency specialized in recruiting support staff for managerial and non-managerial roles, is seeking a Gestionnaire Flotte Automobile en entreprise H/F for the French subsidiary of one of its clients in the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing vehicle fleet: monitoring the condition, maintenance, and availability of approximately 50 cars and ensuring their proper functioning.
• Handling vehicle orders, deliveries, returns, and amendments.
• Managing fines and tolls.
• Ordering fuel and telepeage cards.
• Reassigning vehicles as needed.
• Verifying benefits in kind and preparing reports.
• Managing costs: establishing and overseeing the budget related to the fleet, including maintenance, fuel, and insurance expenses.
• Monitoring performance: analyzing vehicle usage data to optimize utilization and reduce costs.
• Document management: ensuring compliance with safety and insurance regulations, and maintaining necessary documents (contracts, registrations, etc.).
• Collaborating with an insurance broker to select optimal insurance policies.
• Preparing regular reports on fleet status, costs, and performance for management.

Qualifications:

• BAC +2/4 DUT in Management, Logistics, and Transport.
• BTS in Transport and Logistics Management.
• Professional License in Logistics, Transport, or Fleet Management.
• Technical knowledge of vehicle mechanics and maintenance processes.
• Financial management skills: budgeting and cost analysis.
• Analytical skills: interpreting data and making decisions based on analysis.

Experience:

• A degree in management, logistics, or related fields is often required.
• Previous experience in fleet management or similar roles is advantageous.
