What you’ll do:

As a Contracts Specialist, you’ll dive into the dynamic intersection of law and business, exploring diverse challenges that expand your expertise every day. Working on a small but talented team, you'll engage in a variety of contracts, each offering unique opportunities to learn and grow. This role is perfect for someone who loves analyzing details, solving problems, and streamlining processes.

  • Draft and Refine: Prepare, send, and negotiate contracts, updating language for clarity and relevance using state-of-the-art technology and tools, including Salesforce and Ironclad.

  • Negotiate and Collaborate: Partner with internal teams and customers to negotiate contract terms, with the oversight of the Senior Director of Contract Operations.

  • Problem Solve: Review red-lined agreements, resolve issues, and craft solutions with critical thinking, precision and creativity.

  • Represent the Company: Handle RFP Responses, vendor forms, questionnaires, and document requests while coordinating with Finance and Compliance.

  • Communicate Effectively and Proactively: Provide expert recommendations, explain terms, and guide internal (Sales, Services and Finance) and external (Customer and Partner) stakeholders with confidence and clarity.

  • Global Team Support & Time Zone Coverage: Assist teammates across different time zones by covering time-sensitive requests during absences or peak workloads. Respond promptly to urgent contract-related matters, ensuring business continuity regardless of regional working hours.

  • Deals Desk: You will be trained to be an essential partner to the Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success and Services teams, ensuring that complex deals progress efficiently from quote to close. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and problem-solver, helping structure deals, review pricing and contract terms, and streamline the end-to-end sales process.

What you have done:

  • At least two years of experience with sales contracts, business agreements, or roles requiring meticulous attention to detail (e.g., deals desk, accounting or finance).

  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and a knack for process improvement.

  • A sharp eye for detail, exceptional writing skills, and a problem-solving mindset.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

  • Advanced professional-level English communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Ability to work independently to handle global support and coverage.

  • Previous experience creating and negotiating contracts.

  • Expertise with Ironclad and Salesforce.

  • Operations skills, especially in a remote-first environment.

  • Familiarity with U.S. contract law a plus
