Role Description

We are hiring a seasoned sales manager to develop our Cybersecurity business in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, preferably based in France.

In this role, you will prospect and engage with senior C-Level decision-makers such as CISOs, Cybersecurity leaders, Third Party Risk and Management leaders, Risk, Privacy, Audit, Vendor Management, and Information Security teams within both private and public sectors.

You will interact with stakeholders at high levels, maintaining excellent relationships within Security, Risk, Privacy, Cybersecurity & Vendor Management functions. The role involves direct engagement with prospects, reseller partners, internal teams, and customers to present our Cybersecurity solutions.

This position involves phone, web, and face-to-face selling, with approximately 30-40% travel.

Ideal candidates will have experience selling large-ticket enterprise security or risk applications or infrastructure software to large enterprises and public entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Hunt for new business, focusing on acquiring new customers.
  2. Manage sales strategies and territory plans for penetrating and closing new opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers.
  4. Develop and execute sales plans for target accounts.
  5. Provide weekly updates and accurate forecasts, capturing information in Salesforce & Clari.
  6. Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  7. Collaborate across Mastercard divisions and with channel partners to grow pipeline and accelerate deals.

Characteristics of Success:

  • Extensive experience in enterprise software sales, especially in security or risk solutions.
  • Proven success managing large enterprise and public sector accounts with transactions over $1M ARR.
  • Strong network and relationships in security leadership.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and self-starting skills.
  • Experience in SaaS sales; consultative or value-based selling is a plus.
