Une entreprise leader dans le secteur industriel recherche un Contrôleur de Gestion pour gérer les coûts et les analyses financières. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en finance et au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, avec une maîtrise de SAP et des compétences avancées en Excel. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des budgets, de l'analyse des coûts et de la communication des résultats financiers à la direction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans des rôles de contrôle industriel/manufacturier.
• Expérience avec des contrats à long terme et contrôle des matériaux préférée.
• Capacité à interpréter des données commerciales et à penser analytiquement.

Description du poste

Key Accountabilities

• Manage bill of materials (BOM) controlling, project reviews, bridge development, and saving/risk management.
• Ensure accurate validation of manufacturing BOM financials to support project EAC.
• Explain root causes and line-by-line gaps in BOM.
• Ensure coherence between BOM used for validation and actual financials.
• Conduct monthly reviews of BOM evolutions by subsystem, material category, and supplier.
• Analyze actual costs monthly, compare with forecasts, and identify gaps.
• Manage risk savings and opportunities effectively.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor deviations from budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor extra project costs related to claims and coordinate with sourcing.
• Provide financial reporting and benchmarking by product family.
• Review and validate QCD performance versus commitments and analyze variances.
• Serve as a business partner to project procurement, finance, and site management.
• Understand financial flows in an industrial environment and track work order closures against targets.
• Forecast external material consumption based on manufacturing planning.
• Maintain a database of indices for inflation analysis and supplier price variations.
• Manage SAP/GSI transactions properly.
• Utilize BI tools effectively.
• Follow Alstom's tendering and project processes and tools.

Management

• Provide reliable financial data to management for decision-making.
• Prepare ad hoc reports on external sourcing costs.

Desired Profile

• Degree in finance or business management with relevant qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years of postgraduate experience in industrial/manufacturing controlling roles.
• Experience with long-term contracts, material control, or industrial controlling preferred.
• Proficient in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong ability to interpret business data and think analytically.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with financial tools like BI and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present to management and influence decision-making.
