Une entreprise en pleine expansion recherche un Integration Project Manager pour gérer des projets d'intégration en France. Ce rôle implique la gestion de l'intégration de nouvelles entreprises, la documentation des processus et la formation des équipes. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience solide en gestion de projet, une certification appropriée, et des compétences interpersonnelles fortes.

Qualifications

• Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet.
• Certification formelle en gestion de projet requise.
• Compréhension forte de la gestion des risques et du contrôle des changements.

Responsabilités

• Gérer des projets d'intégration pour des entreprises nouvellement acquises.
• Documenter les processus d'affaires existants pour soutenir la planification d'intégration.
• Organiser et suivre les sessions de formation pour assurer des déploiements réussis.

Integration Project Manager – Post Acquisition Integrations

Location: Remote with weekly / bi-weekly travel within France

Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to €45,000 + €5,000 bonus and benefits

Job Description:

As part of rapid international expansion in France, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage integration projects, onboarding newly acquired businesses into the group.

• Update and share group policies with newly acquired businesses, ensuring understanding and compliance.
• Document existing business processes and systems usage to support integration planning.
• Organise and track training sessions to support successful rollouts.
• Create training materials, communications, and project notices as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in project management, ideally in integrations, transformation, or business change projects.
• Formal project management certification (Prince2, PMP, APM, or equivalent).
• Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build trust and reassure leadership teams of smooth processes.
• Willingness to travel within France regularly.
• Strong understanding of risk management and change control.
• Fluent in French and English; knowledge of German or other European languages is beneficial.
• Driving licence required.
