Job Title: Site Security Specialist

Location: Remote, flexible within Europe

As a Site Security Specialist, you will:

1. Ensure the effective implementation of the Global Site Security Program to mitigate risks and protect people, assets, and operations.
2. Drive cross-functional collaboration with Regional & Country Security Managers, Site Leads, Site Security Officers, Procurement, Facilities, M&A teams, and others.
3. Contribute to the development and rollout of training programs for Security Professionals and key site functions.

Requirements:

• Excellent project management and execution skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable engaging at all levels of the organization, from site teams to senior leadership.

Contract details: Initially a 2-year contract, with the possibility to extend or transition to a permanent role.
