As a Data Consultant, you will collaborate with functional consultants and client resources to gather requirements, build conversion objects, and add value throughout all project phases. You will leverage your data skills and our platform to assess, design, build, and deploy solutions, ensuring maximum client benefit.

After training, a Senior Consultant is expected to:

1. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology.
2. Have solid knowledge of technical data structures and definitions relevant to assigned areas.
3. Develop data migration rules and reports using Syniti’s tools based on provided specifications.
4. Contribute to ongoing data migration design through analysis and collaboration.
5. Create and maintain data load programs.
6. Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.
7. Possess experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, and Data Analysis.
8. Have database experience with SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
