Wild Wild Search is a firm specializing in the search for talent, dedicated to the Digital, Data and New Technologies sector. Wild Wild Search is part of the Equancy group.

We recruit, among others, Data Engineers /Scientists, Product Owners/Managers, Chief digital officer, Ecommerce Director, CRM manager, Marketing Director, etc.

As part of our strong growth, we are looking for new talent! We are recruiting a Talent Acquisition specialist.

You will have the chance to work for clients in full digital transformation such as Samsung, LVMH, Pernod Ricard, Accor, Micromania, Dim, BMW... as well as for Pure players like Compte Nickel.

You will have the opportunity to exchange daily with expert consultants in strategy, data and digital of the EQUANCY group, parent company of Wild Wild Search, located in the same offices.

Your missions will be the following:

• Discussing with the client in order to define his request by positioning ourselves as his partner;
• Sourcing and attracting new talent through active hunting on professional social networks as well as writing and publishing targeted ads on all our media;
• Sorting applications, responding to candidates, selecting resumes;
• Conducting telephone interviews with candidates to pre-qualify them;
• Conducting physical interviews;
• Carrying out interview summaries and bringing applications to the client;
• Accompany and coach the candidate throughout the recruitment process;
• Use your creativity to promote our company and our offers on all the channels you deem relevant.

Depending on your seniority, your manager will support you in all these actions and your increase in skills.

Profile

• You have just finished your end-of-study internship or your work-study program at a Grande Ecole of Business or an HR training program;
• You have a strong energy, a desire to learn including a great capacity to be at the service of customers in order to answer their problems;
• You are organized and rigorous;
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and an ability to adapt to situations in a constantly changing digital environment;
• You have a strong appetite for digital and data-related jobs.
