Description du poste

Key Responsibilities :

As the primary point of contact for our clients, your mission is to analyze and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support, leveraging the expertise of our internal teams.

You will also be responsible for implementing actions to strengthen support to existing clients and enhance the value of our services, ensuring lasting and optimized relationships.

Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and monitoring customized reports, ensuring clients have access to this resource if lacking it.
  2. Managing ad hoc client requests, providing prompt and tailored responses.
  3. Monitoring and overseeing client projects, ensuring they meet expectations.
  4. Organizing regular meetings, especially with clients who haven't recently interacted with our teams, to maintain close relationships.
  5. Creating access and demonstrating our platform, tailoring presentations to user needs.
  6. Anticipating client needs and identifying potential risks, such as detecting possible disputes or contentious situations early.

Requirements

  • At least some significant experience in a similar role within the service or tech sector. More important than experience is your agile, resourceful, and independent spirit!
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a constantly evolving scale-up environment
  • Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Slides)
  • Fluency in both English and French is mandatory

Location : Full remote or based in the 8th arrondissement of Paris

Contract : Permanent
