SAP Development Team Lead - French speaking (B1 level) - France (Choose from Multiple Office Locations or work 100% Remote). Permanent Job. Salary: Competitive Base Salary plus Benefits.

Our client, an SAP Partner, is looking for an SAP Development / Technical Team Lead to play an active role in strategic projects involving the implementation and conversion of SAP ECC6 to SAP S / 4HANA. The role involves assisting and supporting the technical teams, providing expertise with a focus on operational and technical responsibilities.

Our client is a forward-thinking SAP Partner with several decades of experience, promoting continuous learning, training, and SAP certification across France. They offer high levels of autonomy. Their client portfolio includes nearly 200 leading French SAP end clients across sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Retail, Wholesale, Engineering, Lifesciences, Construction, Aerospace, and others.

They are planning significant investments to grow their presence both within existing accounts and through new client acquisition, and are expanding their SAP Development team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience in SAP development
• Proven team management experience
• Good command of Agile methodologies
• Experience with SAP S / 4HANA environments and Clean Core concepts
• B1 level French proficiency
