Job Summary:

Responsibilities
Guest Relations Host/Hostess F/M/NB:

Work may be indoors or outdoors. Responsibilities include enhancing guest experience, managing unforeseen events, offering alternatives or solutions, giving advice, booking restaurant tables, managing accessibility cards for disabled guests, and caring for lost children at the Baby Care Center.

Reception Host/Hostess F/M/NB:

Work may be indoors or outdoors. Responsibilities include processing hotel check-ins and check-outs, creating personalized interactions, resolving unforeseen issues, and increasing sales.

Ticketing Host/Hostess F/M/NB:

Work may be indoors or outdoors. Responsibilities include greeting and advising guests, recommending suitable tickets or services, managing guest flow, and ensuring guest experience before and after park visits.

Our parks, hotels, and Disney Village operate 24/7, with working hours starting as early as 6 am and ending as late as 2 am.

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 18 years old
  • Fluent in French (B2) and Intermediate English (B2), plus a third European language (B1+/B2)
  • Ability to work independently or in a team
  • Ability to stand for 2-3 hours
  • Excellent hospitality skills
  • Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Efficiency, accuracy, and composure under pressure
  • Customer service orientation and ability to handle special requests
  • Enthusiastic about interacting with visitors
  • Ability to make independent decisions
  • Self-directed with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to follow instructions
