Le Casino de Berck sur Mer, a subsidiary of Groupe Partouche, is a leader in its market of casinos.

Our business is entertainment.

In addition to its gaming room open 7 days a week, our establishment also includes a quality restaurant.

As part of a replacement, we are looking for a MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE (H/F).

Main Responsibilities of the Position

Reporting to the Management, your main missions will be:

• Supervise operations, control, intervention, and technical investigation on gaming installations.
• Control compliance with gaming regulations and internal procedures.
• Control adherence to safety instructions.
• Ensure quality of customer relations and animate the gaming room.
• Participate in commercial operations and promote the loyalty program.
• Manage the teams present in the gaming room and lead the teams.
• Supervise administrative documents.
• Follow up on external service providers' interventions.
• Handle LCB-FT procedures.
• Detect risky behaviors and participate in the prevention of gambling abuse risks.
• Manage customer follow-up.
• Handle conflicts.

Profile

• Master the operation and management of Slot Machines.
• Master various table games.
• Master IT tools.
• Know gaming regulations.
• You already have experience as a Member of the Management Committee (MCD).

Excellent presentation, characterized by dynamism, relational ease, and a sense of commitment. Passionate about your profession, perfectionist, with a real sense of customer relations and management.

Position Details

CDD full-time until 13/04/2025.

Hours: establishment open 7 days a week, from 8 am to 4:30 am, according to a rotating schedule, morning/afternoon/night. 2 consecutive days off per week.

Remuneration: starting from €2,930 gross/month depending on profile and experience.

Benefits: night hour premium from the first hour, 50% employer-covered health insurance, meal allowance of €4.22 per meal, agreements on compensatory leave and flexible working hours.

This position requires ministerial approval.
