We are seeking an instructor or a person responsible for processing agricultural subsidy requests within the Unit East of the Service for Competitiveness of the Agriculture, Food Industry, and Fisheries Department of the Economic and Environmental Development Pole - Tulle site.

Main missions and working conditions

The Agriculture, Food Industry, and Fisheries Department aims to support agro-ecological transition, facilitate farm installations, and promote sustainable food systems. Its policies contribute to the Neo Terra roadmap of the region, managing two European programs: FEADER for agriculture, food, and local development under the CAP's second pillar; and FEAMPA for fisheries and aquaculture.

The instructor's duties include processing subsidy applications related to improving competitiveness in the agricultural sector (livestock, plant production, hydraulic agriculture) aligned with the Neo Terra roadmap.

Main activities

  • Processing subsidy requests and payments according to project call specifications and EU instructions.
  • Conducting on-site visits during project completion.
  • Performing administrative acts following decisions by committees and commissions.
  • Participating in harmonization meetings and maintaining FAQ resources.
  • Preparing documents for project selection committees.
  • Communicating with applicants and providing feedback.
  • Reporting to supervisors on cases requiring higher-level decisions.
  • Following up on pending or expired dossiers.

Secondary or occasional activities

  • Contributing to the drafting and review of call for projects.
  • Responding to inquiries from mission officers.
  • Participating in other departmental tasks as needed.
