Position details
TransPerfect is currently looking for English language trainers to join our team of language training professionals. As an English language trainer with TransPerfect, you will deliver language classes to our clients from a variety of sectors and cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare lesson plans and deliver effective training
2. Develop complementary course materials to meet learners’ needs
3. Assess language levels
4. Create language content
5. Engage learners in the learning process and maintain motivation levels
6. Monitor progress and evaluate learners’ performance throughout the course
7. Apply TransPerfect’s teaching methodology and adjust lessons for different culturally-based learning styles
8. Participate in TransPerfect’s Language Trainer development plans and additional training

Education and Experience

• Native or native proficiency in English
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching English

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the corporate business environment
• Knowledge of a second language
