What you will do:
  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Track and follow cases to ensure timely resolution

  • Set up repairs for hardware-related issues
  • Escalate unresolved cases to 2nd level support
What you will bring:
  • Fluency in French
  • Advanced English skills
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or similar technology (preferred)
  • Customer support experience (advantageous)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
