Job Description:

hlpy, born in 2020, is a tech-driven roadside assistance insurance start-up founded by visionaries who identified a market gap and redefined the industry with innovative digital solutions. Our goal is to become the leading provider of modern roadside assistance services across Europe and beyond.

We operate on a B2B2C model, partnering with key players in the automotive industry—insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental agencies, and mobility providers. Our advanced digital platform allows their customers to request roadside assistance and replacement solutions instantly and in real-time, transforming roadside help delivery.

We are seeking a highly motivated customer service professional to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the digital support process and intervening as necessary to ensure excellent service standards.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in French (C1/C2 level)
• Good knowledge of English
• Previous experience in operations and/or customer service is a plus

Additional Information:

• Part-time position (30 hours per week)
• Shift-based role, including occasional night and weekend shifts
