Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and understand client needs to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support, leveraging internal teams.
  • Implement actions to strengthen support and enhance service value for lasting relationships.
  • Develop and monitor customized reports, ensuring clients have access to them.
  • Manage ad hoc client requests with prompt, tailored responses.
  • Monitor and oversee client projects to meet expectations.
  • Organize regular meetings to maintain close client relationships.
  • Create access and provide technical demonstrations of our platform tailored to user needs.
  • Anticipate client needs and identify potential risks or disputes in advance.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a similar role within the service or tech sector, with an agile, resourceful, and independent spirit.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Quick learner capable of working effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PPT, Google Sheets/Slides).
  • Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.

Location: Full remote or based in 8th arrondissement of Paris
