Context

We are seeking an Account Manager Growth to oversee our SMB clients portfolio.

This is a unique opportunity to work in the dynamic fintech industry, learn, grow, and significantly contribute to Younited’s business development and growth.

Your responsibilities:
  • Manage, develop, and secure our SMB clients' portfolio.
  • Achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all account management matters, maintaining relationships with C-level executives of top revenue accounts.
  • Monitor performance, provide forecasts, reports, and relevant client insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market, Legal, Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams to grow and protect client revenues.
  • Develop strategic account plans for long-term development and retention, maximizing revenues.
  • Track account metrics; report on initiatives and KPIs regularly.
  • Generate new business with existing clients, collaborating with an Account Executive as needed.
  • Handle contract renegotiations to increase and secure long-term revenues.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure high-quality customer experience.
  • Contribute customer insights and industry trend knowledge to product development.
