Impact of the Project (integrated with Île-de-France):

• Reduce school dropout rates and re-engage youth outside the educational system.
• Create bridges between young people across the Mediterranean through virtual classes, collaborative projects, and intercultural exchanges.
• Build a community of 7,000 trained and supported young people, with a follow-up rate above 70%.
• Develop a network of social young entrepreneurs on both sides of the Mediterranean.
• Implement a multilingual digital platform (French, Wolof, Swahili, Arabic, Creole) to reach diasporas.
• Gain institutional recognition through labels, grants, and public partnerships.

We are seeking specialized trainers, especially in high-level finance, agriculture, education, innovation, natural resource management, information technology, leadership, and public administration.
