IT Desktop Support (backfill) On-site in Paris French and English Technical :
- 2 to 5 years' experience providing IT Infrastructure field support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues, and resolving problems without impacting hardware warranty or customer security compliance.
- Hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing desktops, printers, laptops, and other peripherals, as well as desktop applications.
- Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts. Ability to perform 'smart hand' activities under instruction at sites.
- Ability to lift/move computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Skilled in desk-side support and PC repair, including basic Windows OS administration.
- Experience with anti-spyware and anti-virus software.
- Some knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
- Support for peripherals and networking hardware, including monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, scanners, routers, wireless routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, and data panels under 'Smart Hands' capabilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot systems and network issues using deductive reasoning.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with clients and management, along with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and complete tasks on time.
- Preferably an Associate's Degree in Electronics and CompTIA A+ Certification.
- Knowledge and experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
- Basic understanding and troubleshooting of Mobile Device Management systems (AirWatch, XenMobile, MobileIron).
- Basic understanding and troubleshooting for VDI, SCCM, LanDesk, Altiris, Skype for Business, and OneDrive.
Non-Technical Skills:
