Description du poste

IT Desktop Support (backfill) On-site in Paris French and English Technical :

  1. 2 to 5 years' experience providing IT Infrastructure field support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues, and resolving problems without impacting hardware warranty or customer security compliance.
  2. Hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing desktops, printers, laptops, and other peripherals, as well as desktop applications.
  3. Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts. Ability to perform 'smart hand' activities under instruction at sites.
  4. Ability to lift/move computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  5. Skilled in desk-side support and PC repair, including basic Windows OS administration.
  6. Experience with anti-spyware and anti-virus software.
  7. Some knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
  8. Support for peripherals and networking hardware, including monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, scanners, routers, wireless routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, and data panels under 'Smart Hands' capabilities.
  9. Ability to troubleshoot systems and network issues using deductive reasoning.
  10. Good written and verbal communication skills with clients and management, along with strong interpersonal skills.
  11. Ability to work under deadlines and complete tasks on time.
  12. Preferably an Associate's Degree in Electronics and CompTIA A+ Certification.
  13. Knowledge and experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
  14. Basic understanding and troubleshooting of Mobile Device Management systems (AirWatch, XenMobile, MobileIron).
  15. Basic understanding and troubleshooting for VDI, SCCM, LanDesk, Altiris, Skype for Business, and OneDrive.

Non-Technical Skills:

  1. Good oral and written communication skills.
  2. Able to interact and work effectively with customers at various levels.
  3. Self-driven and result-oriented.
  4. Passionate about the work.
