Delivery Manager / Head of Delivery

Location: France / Homebased

Type: Full-Time | Senior Level

We’re looking for a strategic, client-focused Delivery Manager / Head of Delivery to lead the successful delivery of digital projects across key accounts. This is a senior role for someone who thrives at the intersection of project leadership, team development, and client success.

You’ll be responsible for:

1. Overseeing ecommerce project health, driving value-led outcomes, and managing profitability.
2. Coaching and supporting a team of Project Managers—ensuring high standards, efficient delivery practices, and a strong team culture.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading delivery for complex, multi-stream client engagements.
• Building strong client relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
• Managing project risk, scope, financial performance, and forecasting.
• Coaching and developing project managers across multiple accounts.
• Driving continuous improvement across delivery standards and practices.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in senior delivery or project management roles.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid commercial acumen (budgeting, SOWs, profitability).
• Experience in digital/tech environments with distributed teams.
