About Innovation Team

The Innovation team is a dynamic 5-person group working at the intersection of technology and capital markets, directly supporting Euronext's strategic objectives and reporting to senior leadership. Its main mission is to drive change management and foster an innovation culture within the group by developing skills and providing opportunities for new ideas and projects. The team aims to develop forward-thinking solutions for organic growth and process improvement.

Internship Role

You are a highly analytical, self-motivated final or penultimate year student passionate about fintech, innovation, and capital markets. Combining an engineering mindset with business acumen, you thrive in fast-paced environments, applying your analytical skills to emerging technologies and business models.

The core missions of the internship include:

• Scout and analyze new trends to keep the team and Euronext informed of emerging threats and opportunities.
• Develop and deliver transformative AI projects from concept to performance measurement.
• Identify, screen, and liaise with relevant fintechs aligned with Euronext's core activities and diversification goals.
• Facilitate innovation challenges and contribute to defining and developing use cases on emerging technologies, especially around alternative corporate financing, new trading models, and AI applications.
• Prepare briefing notes and presentations for stakeholders, including Euronext's Managing Board.
• Assist in due diligences and building business plans.

Ideal candidates are final or penultimate year students with a background in engineering and business or political science, strong academic credentials, and preferably prior internship experience in capital markets, consultancy, or fintech. Fluency in French and English is required.
