We operate on a B2B2C model, partnering with key players in the automotive industry—insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental agencies, and mobility providers. Through our advanced digital platform, their customers can request roadside assistance and replacement solutions in real-time, transforming the way help is delivered on the road.

We are seeking a highly motivated customer service professional to join our dynamic team, optimize our processes, and help us set new industry standards for excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the digital support process, intervening where necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in C1/C2 level French.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Previous experience in operations and/or customer service is a plus.

Additional Information:

  • Part-time position of 30 hours per week.
  • Shift-based role, requiring occasional night and weekend shifts.
