Job Description:

HAROPA PORT is the 4th largest port in Northern Europe by tonnage and the leading port for France's foreign trade. It is connected globally through top-tier maritime services. It is also the leading European inland port for passenger transport and the top cereal exporter in Western Europe, handling approximately 110 million tonnes annually. As France's primary logistics hub, it spans 16,000 hectares, with 30% dedicated to environmental protection.

As a public establishment of the State, HAROPA PORT employs around 1,900 staff, mainly in private law. Staff are based at the headquarters in Le Havre and regional offices in Le Havre, Rouen, and Paris. The Paris Territorial Directorate focuses on last-mile logistics and inland waterway transport, managing a network of 6 multimodal platforms and 70 urban ports across Île-de-France. It aims to enhance maritime access to Greater Paris and position HAROPA PORT as the leading inland port worldwide for passenger transport.

The main responsibilities include:

1. Continuing biodiversity data collection and valorization, particularly on fauna & flora inventories in port areas.
2. Improving, consolidating, and integrating GIS databases.
3. Supporting the deployment of new applications related to land, heritage, and maintenance management.
4. Designing web applications, dashboards, and indicators, especially on environmental topics.
5. Cataloging all GIS data.

Required Education:

Professional license in Geomatics or Environmental fields.

Technical Skills:

• GIS: ArcGIS Pro, Portal for ArcGIS, QGIS
• CAD/DAO: AutoCAD Map, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Office: Windows Office 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint)

Required Competencies:

• Proficiency in GIS solutions and related tools
• Knowledge of database management
• Strong skills in office tools
