Key Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in the preparation and organization of the weekly Retail France Committee (content, supports, agendas).
  2. Ensure operational follow-up for events and collection launches (checklists, boutique-headquarters coordination, logistics).
  3. Enhance the recognition of top performers and energize retail communities through engaging content, sharing best practices, and collective initiatives.
  4. Support boutiques in implementing new on-site processes, e.g., Welcome, Floor Management, new rituals.
  5. Assist in preparing the Bi-Monthly Retail Paris Meetings.
  6. Contribute to HR initiatives and team engagement, including development follow-up, proposing innovative formats, and deploying
